Focus:

Journey with Your Ancestors. What might shift if you gave yourself one hour to simply pause, receive, and reconnect with your own energy? Join us for a nourishing online gathering where people from different backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life come together in a shared space for a journey with your ancestors, healing, and connection.

Together, we will:

✨ Set personal intentions for healing, clarity, or whatever is calling for your attention
🌀 Experience a journey with your ancestors
💫 Connect with the supportive energy of the group
🌿 Create space to release, restore, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Heart Circles (in person)

Heart Circle is a time to simply be present with other women. It is a welcoming space to be truly seen, heard, and supported. We invite you to come just as you are and connect on a heart level with a community of women walking this journey alongside you.

Each circle is guided by the energy of the group and can include grounding, clearing, energy healing, gentle touch, moments of meditation, open sharing, and of course organizing and decluttering.

Fall Heart Circles: October 21, November 11, December 9

What to Bring: water + a picnic blanket, yoga mat, or sit in the grass.

Theme:

Each circle moving forward will now have its own theme. For October, we’re focusing on Decluttering BEFORE the Holidays. We’ll talk about letting go of the holiday clutter, inside and out. Most donation places only take décor right before each holiday, so now is the perfect time to decide what leaves your home. November: planning for guests / clearing out guest rooms. December: TBD
