Heart Circle (in person events)

What to Bring: water + a picnic blanket, yoga mat, or sit in the grass.
Theme: Decluttering the Holidays.
I’m so excited to share that each circle moving forward will now have its own theme. For October, we’re focusing on Decluttering the Holidays. We’ll talk about letting go of the holiday clutter, inside and out. Most donation places only take décor right before each holiday, so now is the perfect time to decide what leaves your home.
Heart Circle is a time to simply be present with other women. It is a welcoming space to be truly seen, heard, and supported. We invite you to come just as you are and connect on a heart level with a community of women walking this journey alongside you.
Each circle is guided by the energy of the group and can include grounding, clearing, energy healing, gentle touch, moments of meditation, and open sharing.
