Hello!
My name is Stephanie, a professional home organizer, author, and holistic wellness advocate based in Houston, Texas. Since starting my business in 2018, I’ve had the honor of helping hundreds of clients declutter and reclaim their homes, and in many cases, their peace of mind. And I’ve recognized that what lights me up most isn’t just transforming chaotic spaces, it’s witnessing the transformation in my clients. Hearing their stories. Seeing their joy. Seeing them blossom. I want to help you (and my clients and future Soulsticers) reconnect to yourself. To dream and design a beautiful, sacred life and then help you make it your reality. Whether it’s creating more time for the people and activities you love, aligning your schedule with your cycle, or decluttering your home to invite in peace, I’m here to help you build a life that feels fulfilling. On all levels. This next evolution of Soulstice Living will combine home organization and decluttering with holistic living: slowing down, grounding, becoming aware of your energy and where it expands or depletes. Becoming whole from the inside out. Because healing starts at home and it starts within you. Together, let’s explore what it means to live aligned and awakened. Thank you for walking this path with me. It means everything.
Summer clients typically revolve around one thing: moving, moving, and more moving. Whether it’s a new job, a growing family, downsizing, or just needing a fresh start, this season brings a noticeable shift to new homes. However, this past moving season in Houston was a tad slow. We still had people moving across town, but … anyone place their home on the market in early summer and are still trying to sell it? I’ve had many clients and friends experiencing a buyers’ drought this summer. Luckily, the market is shifting and more and more people are looking at homes.
So, if you’re gearing up for a FALL move, or know someone who is, these eight moving tips will help you avoid common pitfalls, reduce stress, and set yourself up for success in your new space. Moving doesn’t have to feel chaotic. With the right mindset and some thoughtful planning, it can be a powerful opportunity to reset your home and your life.

Music has the power to heal, inspire, and lift us out of even the darkest days. In honor of Suicide Prevention Month, I’m sharing 12 songs that have helped me process emotions, find hope, and remind myself that I’m not alone. From soulful ballads to empowering anthems (and even a dance break at the end), these tracks have carried me through tough times, and I hope they do the same for you.
Because clutter isn’t just physical. It’s mental, emotional, and spiritual, too. If you’re ready to take back your space (and your peace of mind), these four simple, repeatable steps will help you organize any area of your home — one drawer at a time.
I had the joy of recording a 15-minute Zoom call with astrologer, Susannah Neufrau, a fellow Breath of Bliss facilitator in training. She’s based in Germany and is an absolute delight. She was so excited about the upcoming Virgo Season and New Moon and start of Eclipse season being the perfect time to declutter and reorganize that we had to do a last-minute video so she could tell us more about it.
Continue Reading to see why this time is perfectly aligned for you to start your decluttering and organizing journey!
Hint: she declutters every year during this Virgo season which lasts from August 22 to September 22. If you ever needed that extra boost of energy to get through your house and your belongings, the time is NOW…

Dear Soulsticers,
As I reflect on the year so far and attempt to envision what’s next for myself and for Soulstice Living, August feels like a threshold. It’s that moment when summer’s intensity begins to soften as we tiptoe toward fall (hello pumpkin spice lattes!). The days are still long (and hot!), but something subtle is shifting. Maybe you’ve felt it too… a quiet invitation to slow down. A longing for more … ease, more clarity, more connection to what truly matters.
This month, I invite you to harvest your inner light. Notice what you’ve nurtured. Give thanks for what has grown. And release what no longer feels like you.
Thank you for walking this path with me. It means everything.

Let’s be real: willpower isn’t a sustainable strategy. It’s like a spark, not a steady flame. But with the right systems in place, your home (and your life) can start running on ease, not effort. So, what does this have to do with home organization?
Take a look around your home. How is it set up? Was it organized with your unique routines in mind or is it more conventionally arranged? Think about where you place your belongings. Is there a pattern of traditionality in every room? For example, are pots, pans, and dishes strictly confined to the kitchen? Are toiletries, hair tools, and makeup only allowed in the bathroom? Are coats strictly relegated to the coat closet?
Sometimes our homes reflect what we think they should look like, not how we actually live. We curate for aesthetics, store items where they traditionally belong, and fight our routines in order to stay “organized.” But true organization isn’t …
